Good item, bad response to customer

I love your product but I emailed the owner of the website a question, I requested a refund for my past order, and then I finally left a DM on the Samurai Wrap page on Instagram pertaining to my issue and still haven't gotten anything back. If I don't get a response I probably wouldn't recommend this product to anyone I know with extensions (which is a lot of people I know) or ever order from this web site again. Thanks for your time, I hope you value my time the way I do yours.
