I bought this wrap for my girlfriend (she too has left a review). She absolutely loves it, had a hard time getting it to stay during the night but finally managed. The one thing we are very disappointed on is customer service. It has been a month since our purchase and yet we haven't received any help with the wheel discount code or the discount provided with wrap that arrived. After her review my e-mail was answered once to make an offer. After my response I have not heard back at all. We both have worked in customer service, we know how much bad reviews affect businesses. Thats why we hate leaving them. We tried to communicate in many ways, we were patient but unfortunately it seems this is the only way to get a response. She loves the wrap. We were considering purchasing more but we aren't sure anymore since no help has been provided with some simple codes.

I was excited for my wrap, the fabric quality is amazing but it doesn't stay on at all. Customer service is non exisiting. I tried e-mailing, Dm and Facebook message for help regarding the wheel discount code and the code offered received in the package since at checkout there is no option to enter the code. Unfortunately it has been almost 3 weeks without a response. I was going to purchase 2 more with the code received on the package but am not too sure anymore. I hope I missed it but I also did not see any washing instructions. I wanted to wash it properly when I first got it to remove the awful smell it comes with but no where not even on the website it has care instructions.

Product doesn’t work, doesn’t keep hair straight overnight

Okay, let’s start from shipping. Shipping was fast. I wasn’t left waiting for weeks and weeks for my product. I also received an email along the way keeping me updated on when my product was sent. A tracking number was included.

Once my product came, the packaging of the Samurai Wrap was “chef’s kiss”. It was so pretty and you can tell a lot of thought went into designing the packaging.

The Samurai Wrap itself was so pretty. I ordered the white one. The stitching and material was high quality, even the bow is sewn on well and attached well. The silk on the inside was very soft. This product came with easy to read instructions on how to put it on. I got it right my first try!

The Samurai Wrap once on felt secure, not too tight, not too loose. It stayed on my head overnight. When I took the Wrap off the following morning, my hair was still silky smooth and was easily styled. I have permed hair, but my hair is long and healthy. I’ve taken pride in taking care of my tresses over the past 2 years, and am happy I’ve found such a pretty, reliable head wrap to cover it with!
